What loads up doesnt load down

I have backed up hundreds of video files from my home computer with the intention to be able to download and play on my iPhone or tablet wherever I may be. Unfortunately this is not possible through this app. I called customer service and they told me I would need to use Amazon Photo to download. That app just dumps all your videos into one file so you have to wade through the hundreds of videos with no file names just pictures and no search function. So trying to find a specific video is just dumb luck. They need to bring the two together and make one working app.

Bottom line: cheap storage but dont expect to use it for anything but storage.
