Just horrible

This app is so un organized. I was using Amazon photos to back up photos on my phone and that all was so well organized and made my photos easy to find. I got a new phone and when I logged into the app everything was gone. It started backing up what was currently I my phone. I realized my files were still on Amazon but needed this app to view them. Well what I nightmare going thru any of the photos is. E aisle you can select by date or year like Amazon photos and the icons are so small you cant make out video or pictures. Then to top it off the folders are so dis organized. The desktop site isnt this bad but you guys really need to rethink this app and make the interface easier to use and better sort out images and folders because right now this is too messy to even deal with them I cant even download all of my files theres a limit online and because of the way everything is organized that also makes everything difficult. I would have never trusted this app with my photos had I have known this all before hand.
